Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit Logo

At my office suddenly I noticed that only the logo is appearing on my screen. But couldn't do anything. Tried by pressing the button. Nothing happened. Used the process form the forum by pressing for 8 sec then releasing for less than 2 sec then press again till the vibration and logo. Nothing worked. I kept it in charge LOGO stuck again. But a red light is always blinking behind. 

 

Any HELP

Hi there, @nirakarsethy. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

In addition to the steps you've performed so far, please try the following:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

Thank you for your kind and generic answer... I mentioned, "It cannot restart." And a red lighting is on all the time..
