Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit Logo

My Fitbit Versa lite is not moving past the Fitbit logo after connecting to the app.

I have factory reset the watch and I am using the laptop version of the Fitbit app. My Versa Lite connected to the app, I was able to see the 4 number code to pair the devices and green tick to confirm the devices are paired, but now the screen only shows Fitbit logo. When I attempted to access clocks or apps in the set up, I can only see the clock options, but when selected, it only keeps on loading (circular arrow showing on the laptop screen) without the ability to choose the clock face. In case of the other two tabs, Versa Lite and Apps, it doesn't even show more than spinning circle.

I have tried to remove the watch from the app, perform factory reset and pair again, all successful but not going beyond the Fitbit logo.

Please help me resolve this issue

Thanks

Hi there, @TM2409. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.

In addition to the steps you've tried, please follow the steps below:

  • Remove your Versa Lite from your Fitbit account and unpair it from your phone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Setup your Versa Lite again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa Lite.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
