A couple of days ago my Fitbit went off while I was asleep I knew it had charge but it was unresponsive to side button or charging. Screen was blank but fully charged. Checked forum & I reset to factory settings but still not working. If I hold the button the Fitbit logo appears but now disappears as quickly and goes blank straight away.

Hi there, @Mar34. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out.
Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa Lite, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't work, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
Hope that helps.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hello @Mar34
I don’t believe your following the steps provided by @MarreFitbit above carefully. It sounds like you attempted a second Factory reset and deleted the Fitbit App. Reinstall the Fitbit App before proceeding if you haven’t already.
Lets try to set you up as a new device again. Follow these steps carefully. You won’t lose any data setting this up but anything that occurred “after your last successful sync will be lost” everything else is already stored on the Fitbit Servers. Place your Versa Lite in its charger.
1. Open your Fitbit App then tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa Lite. Now scroll down and tap Remove This Inspire
2. Now go to your mobile device and on your Bluetooth find your Versa Lite on the list and tap it then tap Forget this device.
3. Now Restart Your Phone
4. Open the Fitbit App and tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap Set Up A Device.
5. Tap Versa Lite in the list of Fitbit trackers.
6. Follow the online instructions. When asked if you want to replace your previous Versa Lite say yes.
😉 Hopefully this does the trick…let me know
