Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit Logo

My versa lite quit tracking my heart rate and sleep.  I tried holding down the button until I saw  the fitbit logo and now it keeps flashing in different languages.  In English it tells me to download the app which I already have so I Uninstalled it and reinstalled it but nothing is happening.
