My mother received a Versa lite as a gift. I've been trying to get it working for her. It seems to be stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. I've tried resetting by holding the button down, and it resets but eventually goes right back to the logo. Can anyone help with this?

Mine is doing this too ever since the update at the beginning of July I've had issues but started doing this particular issue a few days ago.
