Hi i have recieved my Versa Lite and upon starting it, it said an update was due it's been stuck on step 2 1% for 20 mins now is this normal? The bar on the versa doesn't seem to be moving at all just worried its faulty

No its just in the plug will it be better if I use my laptop I dont have a computer ?
Its updated, only took about 30 mins using the laptop so thank you very much, I was losing the will to live 😂 now its hit and miss with sending me notifications and keeps losing my bluetooth connection but I'll live with this haha x
