Versa Lite syncing, screen and battery issues

I got a Versa Lite late November 2019, from day one it has been temperamental, having trouble syncing mostly, usually solved by restarting the phone. In the last month, the issues have escalated.

 

The Fitbit is currently displaying the following issues:

1. Trouble syncing

2. Touchscreen not responding when you try and swipe for stats, but will turn itself off and restart again after a minute, this will keep cycling every time I try to interact with the screen

3. Fitbit is lagging showing the time

4. Fitbit cannot hold a charge for more than a day

 

I've tried the following solutions (multiple times).

  1. Making sure there was sufficient charge on Fitbit
  2. Forced quit the Fitbit app 
  3. Turned Bluetooth off and back on.
  4. Restarting the Fitbit 
  5. uninstalling - reinstalling the app
  6. Changed the clockface (to try and solve the unresponsive screen)

I am running out of ideas of how to solve this, it's frustrating as I have found I am somewhat addicted to the Fitbit. How can this be solved quickly?
