Hi, seems a lot of threads on this already, however I can't find an answer to my issue and live chat to fitbit, they told me to contact strava. While I wait for a response, I wondered if anyone experiences the following. I have a versa lite watch, I have set up strava and have authorised it. A previous run appears on my watch, however, since the first run worked it no longer records on Strava. For example, I went for a run yesterday, I had my phone so recorded it with GPS on my versa. The runs appear in the fitbit app, but not in strava. Any thoughts? Thanks!
