Called last week when I realized 2 days in a row I got 20000 steps and it all of a sudden went backwards and gave me 14000. Thought it was working fine but just realized this week it took off my steps for Monday and Tuesday this is really irritating. Was told they were working on it but still losing steps

I am having the same issue. I just got a Versa Lite today. I noticed all thru the evening that every time my Versa tries to sync with my phone, I lose steps.
@Fitbit , what is going on?
