Versa Lite to Versa 2

I got the new versa watch. However, when I set it up, all of my old info completely deletes. Even past steps.none of my info transfers over and none of it will show on the app. How can I keep my old numbers, but with the new watch? I have to show record of all my steps for insurance, so I can’t just start over.

It sounds like you must have created a new account.  Make sure you are logged into the same fitbit account/email that you were using before.  Then add the Versa 2 to that account and all your historic data should still be there.

 

Try checking the fitbit.com dashboard for your old data.  And you can find the email that goes with it under 'Settings'.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
