My versa-lite touch screen is no longer working and I am very upset . I both 2 at Christmas and my husband is having no issues but I am .....please help so sad!!

Try to change the Screen Wake setting to manual, you can find the steps to do it in this help article: How do I see the time on my Fitbit device?
