The side button works and the touch screen is responsive however nothing I select works (alarms, settings, workout etc) no matter what button I press I am brought back to the clock face. I can’t see steps either. The screen will show Today with the Fitbit logo then go back to the clock face. I am using a Fitbit clock face, not 3rd party, and I have rebooted the wrist band.
