Versa Lite touch screen stopped working

Ive tried to restart the watch and ive tried master reset now i cant get it to do anything  it says cant sync data not cleared i tried deleting app changing email starting over as if new watch still says data not cleared. I deleted my blue tooth sync on my phone and restarted my phone still nothing.
