Hi,
Am using Fitbit Versa Lite... (it's a new one)... initial days the smart watch touch screen worked well... (30 days old)... now, it is not working (works sometimes)... I have updated software also, still same issue.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If you are having problems with your Versa Lite, I recommend restarting the unit by following the steps in the article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.

I have had my Versa Lite for about 3 months and the touchscreen has completely stopped responding. I was part of the large group of users who were affected by the firmware update locking us in an endless loop of the big red X, "data not cleared" error message, which I finally got resolved after several days and dozens of attempts. But now, the touchscreen will not respond at all. The only thing I can do is look at the watch screen. While I do get notifications, I cannot dismiss them. It seems to be tracking, but I can't access any information on the watch itself. I can't swipe up, down, or left to look at other functions or apps. It's basically a watch. Please help, it's only 3 months old!

I tried but still the problem persists, please help me.
Am really frustrated as I was having high expectations from Fitbit, however unable to use any functionality as this touch is not working at all
