Versa Lite touchscreen not working

I have spent the entire morning going through the forum and trying all the various ways of fixing this issue but none of them have worked.

 

  • I restarted the device multiple times
  • I changed clock faces
  • I factory reset the device (and now it's stuck showing Reset failed)
    • The device is still working and I am getting the notification vibrations but the screen is stuck showing the error and I can't dismiss it because the touchscreen isn't working
  • I have re-setup the device

 

Please someone tell me if I need to RMA the device or is it a firmware thing. I got the device back in October (17th, I think), 2019 so it's not that old of a device to have such issues

@LPShreyas, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the touch screen of your Fitbit Versa stopped working. I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
