Versa Lite touchscreen stopped working

I dropped my versa lite and the touchscreen no longer works. I tried reset it but the side button will only pull up quick screen  or got back to the clock face and no matter how long I hold it it will not shut down.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi I changed the clock face but that did not resolve the touchscreen and as I mentioned above I can't seem to restart the device either. When I hold down the button it will bring up quick settings or take it away but with a prolonged hold and I am talking more than 1 min the screen never resets and it won't restart.
