My Versa Lite display suddenly turned black and the flashing green lite has also gone off. No response even when put on charging. What should I do?

Hi @AlokeVanshylla, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the unresponsive screen and charging issues that your Versa Lite has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

Hello Juan. When the problem first arose I did try charging the watch but there was no change. However, after reading your message I again tried recharging my watch. There was no vibration when attached to the charger but the watch did get charged and started functioning. Following were noticed:

1. Display brightness was less than earlier

2. For about 12 hours, the flashing green light was half red but is now fully green

Other than that, the watch appears to be functioning fine. What further steps do I need to take for better brightness on the face? Or is it going to get OK gradually by itself?

Regards

Hi @AlokeVanshylla, thank you for getting back and trying the recommended troubleshooting steps. I'm glad to hear that your Versa Lite seems to be working properly now.

Regarding the screen brightness, make sure that the settings are correct. Please check out this help page, under "Adjust settings" > "Brightness" in order to adjust the brightness of the display.

Let me know how it goes.
