Versa Lite update problems

Since the new update came out I have attempted to update my Versa Lite several times even left updating all night while charging and to no avail. The update takes forever. I read to make sure Versa is connected to wifi and not just bluetooth and well in the app i don't even have a wifi setting tab to click on for it on my versa. Also now that I don't have the update I Guess my versa will no longer connect to my phone via bluetooth so no notifications. Please help me fix this issue have not had this watch very long at all.

@twa1987  I have a Versa Lite too and I wasn't using it for a while and I factory reset it before storing away.  Don't ask me why I did that.  I don't know. 🙂  Anyways, I've been trying to update my Versa Lite since last night.  I've tried everything.  Right now I have the charger plugged into my laptop via USB port and the Versa Lite is on the charger.  Now, remove the device from your account in the app on your phone.  Turn Blutooth off on your phone.  Put the phone aside. 

 

On your computer, download the Fitbit app from the Microsoft Store.  Launch the app and sign in. 

From this app set up your device on the computer. 

Make sure your device is plugged in to a USB port on the computer. 

 

My Versa Lite is updating while I'm typing this and it finally has gone past where it left off last night.  I hope this helps.
