I was asked to update my FitBit Versa Lite. Well, it’s been updating for over TWO hours! Is this normal?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing your concern regarding the time needed to update your Versa Lite. Updates may take up to an hour or more to complete and you can confirm the steps to update your device in this help article: How do I update my Fitbit device?
If you experience any difficulties, I recommend to plug your watch into the charger, connect it into a computer and update over Bluetooth. For troubleshooting instructions, see Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
