The screen in my Fitbit will not turn on and is unresponsive. Pressing the button will cause it to be backlit but nothing else will show up I have tried restarting it numerous times, checked the clock face per some previous suggestions in other threads (it has been on a Fitbit clock face since taking it out of the box) and have made sure it is up to date. There are currently alarms set as well which I cannot figure out how to shut off without the screen. This is incredibly frustrating and is the third fitbit I have owned that has been in as good as new condition but loses functionality.
