Versa Lite vibrates and changes screen on its own

For the past two days, my versa vibrates and starts changing screens without me touching it.  It’s almost like it has a short, I’ve updated it and my iPhone and restarted it and it continues to do it randomly.

It was the clock face.  Once I changed it, it stopped randomly changing screens.  Thank you!

I take it back.  It started doing it again without the vibration so I didn’t notice it.  It’s definitely a Versa issue because the screen went dark and now it is completely dead even after leaving it on the charger all night.
