Versa won't turn on

The Fitbit Versa does not turn on. It was working one day and the next day I had to do a factory reset and it won't turn on anymore.

The device is completely unresponsive. I have charged and cleaned (with alcohol) just the other day and nothing is happening. How it can be working and then I do a factory reset (which is supposed to return as brand new) and it stops working???

Since the troubleshooting steps that were shared on this thread didn't work, our Support team should send you some options to get you back on track.
