I am also having screen concerns. I’ve tried resetting, changing the clock face nothing works. Screen looks like it is glitching occasionally then fades to a grey then the screen goes off. I have chatted in and was told to update my Fitbit which must be up to date because the version did not change. At this point I am giving up and will not be purchasing another product from Fitbit.
