The button seldom responds, & then usually brings up one of the settings screens & gets stuck there, nonresponsive. I'm seldom able to access the data screens (steps, heartrate, sleep ....) The mobile syncing device is an Android, Samsung A50.
Can you help, or is this thing dying? It's my 2nd Fitbit, & I expect better longevity than I'm getting.

Have you tried a restart @Suspinz or a shutdown through the settings menu?
Hold in the button to turn on or place in its powered charger.

My Versa 2 has been on the charger, & is at 99%, but nothing has changed. I cannot see anything in the settings menus that allows a restart.
The side button does move when pressed. It just does not bring up the stats. Swiping does nothing, no matter which direction.
