Versa 2 button not working

Got this watch during Black Friday sales last year and I noticed the main button stopped working last week.  The touch screen works fine and I was able to check the main stats during the day.  However, I went into my sources to switch from my headphones to phone, now its stuck in the source menu.  Now its impossible to see my clock face/stats or reset since the button doesn't work and you cannot back out of the source menu.  Tried putting on the charger hoping to get to home screen, but no luck.  I'm waiting for it to die and hope it will reset on its own to at serve as a clock until a repair/replacement is in order.  Having ONLY one button serving as the main functionality is a huge downfall with it being a single point of failure.  I looked through the app to do a hard reset but didn't find an icon to do so.  Whom at customer service do I need to get a hold of?

Well I got an email 3 days ago from support asking how to help and I replied. Afyer 2 days, no reply back so I sent another email again and awaiting a response.

Update: sent a pic of the watch to customer support 4 days ago with this issue and the fitbit logo. I tried to access settings to use Alexa but since the button doesnt work it got stuck in the Setup Wallet menu. However,  I cannot leave the menu since the button doesnt work. The battery has to die to come back to home screen, which took 5 days last week. I'll stop wearing during the day because I cannot check clock, timer or set alarms. I'm very annoyed at this point.
