Hi. I got a versa lite as a gift in December 2019 and it was working fine till this month January 2020 when I put to charge and it wouldnt charge. The battery slowly drained out. It is at a zero and only shows charging at 0% when I plug in but will not charge and the screen goes off as soon as I take it off the charger. I changed USB ports, cleaned the pins, bought 2 new chargers. Restarted it. Reset it. Nothing works. Please help me.
