I bought my Versa Lite from the Melbourne Airport mid October and 2 weeks ago it just stopped working. It won't charge and my fitbit app can't find device even though it says it is 68% charged.
I have tried holding in the button to factory reset but nothing happens.
Really disappointed as its basically new and its not like I can take it back to the airport as its in a different State.
