Notifications not working on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried everything, all notifications for the app are turned on in my settings on my android phone and also in the app settings. When i'm in the Fitbit app it keeps saying "notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker". I have restarted my phone several times and this message does not disappear. I have also updated the app and re-synced my versa back to the app but still not working, HELP!

Hi,

Thanks for your reply, so I've been through all of these steps and still its not working. How long will it take to find out whats going wrong? Its highly annoying as its been over a week now and still not getting any notifications on my watch other than when people call me!

Thanks

Natalie

This happened to me too after the most recent update. Can't y'all just revert to the last update or something? From the other comments, seems like this has been a problem for quite some time. Would have been nice if the update was pulled since you all were aware of the issue.
