  1. Versa lite won’t charge
  2. when I hold the reset button for 10  sec the Fitbit logo does not appear
  3. Have tried switching locations: usb to laptop, fast charging usb, wall outlet
  4. still not does power up.

I also cleaned the charger, fitbit
