Issues with my Versa 3

These last weeks I'm having a lot of problems with my versa 3: 

* sync problems
* it doesn't always vibrate when I receive a notification of (worse) when my alarm goes off
* doesn't always want to charge when I plug it in

How can I solve this?

Hi @CharlotteC - you may several different issues, not to mention syncing problems if you have the latest Fitbit App, so here are a few tips.

Swipe right to get to Quick Settings and make sure that Sleep or Do not disturb have been enabled

Make sure the watch is syncing, you can use the free SimpleCheckUp app [second test] any time to see if the watch can reach the app, and keep the phone nearby.

Make sure the watch is charging properly see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

thank you for your help
I've installed the simplecheckup app and everything seems normal

DND or sleep is nog enabled for the moment

also, the cable and my watch are clean

but still I have the same issues

The only solution is that I restart my versa and then it works again but I have to do this serveral times a week.

Thanks @CharlotteC - it would seem to be the app issue that others are also experiencing that causes the issue.
