Versa 2 won't sync my data with the Fitbit app

My versa 2 will not update numbers to the app, only calories are showing.

Hi there, @Kevin1024. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not syncing your data with the Fitbit app. 

As a first approach, I suggest following the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_. As per the description you shared with us, most likely you're running into syncing issues, so those steps should do the trick.

Hi @Kevin1024 - your watch is not syncing. This can happen with the new app.

To get things working better try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.
