I have tried many times, but the watch gets stuck on 100% and says Failed . I have Versa Lite. What can I do?

Hello there @Viki1128, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for the details provided and for taking the time to troubleshoot your Versa Lite prior to contacting us.
I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and that they have helped you with this. However, they haven't heard back from you since 01/09. In order for them to address the issue with the firmware update, could you please reply back to the email they sent to you? Note that the case was created under the email address you use for your Community profile.

My fitbit versa lite will not complete the latest firmware update. I bought it for my daughter but we cant get it to do the update. Please help!!!

I’m having same problem with versa lite. 100% updated . Failed. Try again. Sticks on 100% still. No function on watch, but phone is connected via Bluetooth. Very disappointed. Help pse
