Versa Lite won't hold charge

I've had my Versa Lite for over a year and it usually stays charged for about 3-4 days. The last week or so I have to charge it every day. I don't use any of the apps such as GPS or Spotify so I don't know why it won't stay charged. Help please.

This is a known Fitbit App problem. Make sure you are on the latest Fitbit App level 3.43.1 which probably fixes it.

You may need also to shutdown the watch and charge it to restart it.

To check your Fitbit App level, click on the profile photo and then Help & support and its at the top.
