Hi. I’m trying to setup my “new” Versa Lite. It is taking forever to download and keeps restarting the process. Any tips? I can’t get this thing to work.

If you haven't done so yet, please try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
