I try to swipe to exercise and it wont let me. Everyday I have to reset my versa lite to allow me swipe access to other parts - this then means I can swipe across or down. What am I doing wrong?
I have only had the watch a month?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Edmunds65. I am sorry for the delayed response.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite won't swipe. I understand that you've had the watch only a month and I am here to help.
Thanks for trying to resolve this by doing a restart. I also recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

My Versa 2 will no longer swipe. It’s 4 month old and is basically an overpriced watch. Battery needs to be charged every day.

I can't swipe my Versa Lite's screen. I have tried restarting it several times and have changed the face to a Fitbit face. Sometimes it will work for a few seconds, but usually it won't do anything.
