Versa Lite won’t switch on

Have my versa lite 7/8 months and I’m unable to switch it on. I placed it on charge yesterday and when I come back to it the screen was black and I’ve been unable to switch it back on. I’ve tried holding the side button to see and nothing. Is there a way to fix this or return to Fitbit to repair

@Valerie77, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it won't turn on or take a charge.

 

I'd like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger.

 

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest.

No it’s not vibrating when putting it on charge nothing at all happening
