Hi, I have had issues with my Versa Lite and syncing. I've had it for 18 months and never really had a problem that troubleshooting doesn't solve. However, following the most recent update my watch now won't sync with my phone. I've followed the troubleshooting instructions all the way to unpairing my watch, deleting and reinstalling the app on my phone and now the app wont sync during set up process so now I have a watch that can't even be registered to the app and phone it's always been paired with previously. Help!

Same here, I have been a user since 2019 with no issues until this recent update. Have tried everything recommended with no avail. Very frustrated hopefully they can rectify this

Same problem here. No problems in over a year, but since the update I can't sync to my phone. I found out my clock is now 3 minutes slow too. I was late to work this morning.

Well, guess I'm glad to see it's not just me? 7-8 months I've had it with zero problems, but for hours this morning I couldn't get my Versa Lite to pair with bluetooth. Finally after repeatedly restarting the watch, my phone and totally uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it paired to bluetooth. Thought I was good but now it won't update. It just keeps saying it's searching for the Versa Lite when it's paired and right next to the phone. Beyond frustrated this morning!

I am also having the same problem. My versa lite was synching and now nothing.
