Versa Lite won't sync, keep time or receive notifications

I have had my Versa Lite for 8  Months and the last Time it would sync was September 5th. I have tried restarting the smart watch several times, unnstalling and re installing the Fitbit app twice, and trying to sync over 50 times. It doesn't matter if I am using Wi-Fi or Mobile data it will not find the watch to sync.

I’m having exactly the same problem, it won’t connect with Bluetooth at all.

My Versa is doing the same (or failing to do anything correctly).

Same for my Versa Lite too, been like this for the last two weeks now. Bluetooth won’t even find my Versa Lite.
I have noticed with people I know and on Fitbit Forum there seems to be a lot of people with the same issue or just syncing issues. 
I’ve tried every suggestion on the forums to no avail and really fed up now. 
From what I have read and heard it seems obvious to me there is a problem with FitBit , not people’s phones etc that needs sorting ASAP.

Mi,e tells me that there is no wi fi to connect to! Wont find my home wi fi
