Versa Lite won't sync to my Huawei Mate 20

Versa life was working great for 10 months but now won't with my Huawei mate 20 phone, I'm now being told my phone is not compatible, I've now tried to sync with my Amazon Fire Tablet but when I go to add new device and select versa life it just takes me back to the original page I was on, I'm going round in circles, can anyone help please?

Hello there @Maryscullion, welcome on board. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa Lite. 

Please keep in mind the information provided by our Support Team as your Huawei 20 Mate is not yet fully compatible with the Fitbit app neither the Amazon Fire Tablet is yet supported. To see which devices are supported, see Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.
