Last time Versa Lite would sync was 21 Jan 2022. Now it won't track anything. I tried all the suggested trouble shooting and nothing has made a difference. It isn't even keeping accurate time. So disappointed. Been using it for months, no problems and all of sudden it stops working ? Help please.

Hello! Unfortunately I'm still having problems. My Versa Lite will not sync, keep accurate time, report my sleep experience and count my steps. Last time I was able to sync was 21 Jan 2022. I've checked my phone and have not changed anything. Why did my Versa Lite suddenly have problems after all these months?
