I have tried everything including all the trouble shooting options including watching youtube clips to help and it just wont sync anymore. The versa has now restart and wont go past the Fitbit logo screen.

In order to avoid providing the same information, I'd like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. Also, I'd like to know what is the brand and model of your phone.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
