I read the Versa 2 display was to be upgraded, brighter, crisper and cleaner. However, it doesn’t seem that way. Compared to my original Versa, the display is very dim and VERY pixelated. I took pictures comparing the two, both fully charged, both set to MAX. I know the photo doesn’t really do it justice on the pixel issue but as far as the brightness goes, there is a clear difference.

@Ilovebeansoo Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me help you with your Versa 2 brightness. Try restarting your device by following these instructions. Also check that you have either max brightness or auto set on the brightness settings on your device and see which setting works better for you.
Let me know how it goes.

Is this really the answer from a moderator? Setting brightness to auto when this feature is not present in Versa 2 as it was in Versa?
Let's say we use the brightness in max. The really disappointing thing for me is that although the Versa 2 screen was advertised as way better than it's predecessor, the truth is that it's so pixelated that it hurts my eyes. Really bad, huge disappointment! It almost gives me a headache to have to read the screen.
It's a shame, I was so excited to receive my Versa 2 30 minutes ago and it's already going back to the box and sent back.
