Versa Lite won't sync

I am really struggling with Fitbit. The syncing issue and charging issue seems to be a common occurrence. My question at what point does your marketing of the devices become a huge ethical issue? My device has been inoperable for a month with ZERO communication. Yet they will say buy another one, Why? Fix the issue!
