Versa Lite won't sync

so this has been going on for weeks now. My Fitbit Lite would take ages to sync. Once it did it would start to lose time immediately and wouldn’t sync again. I’ve done ALL the trouble shooting tips hundreds of times ( no exaggeration!) some would work initially but as soon as my watch would sync it would start losing time again and stop syncing. I’ve factory reset and now my phone, laptop and two other phones ( can’t me for trying 🙈) can’t find my watch to connect and are just forever “ searching” even though the watch is within millimetres of the phone. I’ve connected other Bluetooth things without issue so it’s definitely the watch at fault. Consequently my watch is stuck on the “ instal Fitbit app” screen and has been for a couple of weeks now so basically bricked. I’ve only had it since May and I’m not impressed at all. Customer service is non existent! I received an email saying they would get back to me , that was on 17th January and I’ve heard nothing since. 

its safe to say I’m a very unsatisfied customer.

Thank you for your reply. I haven’t actually had any support from customer support. I received an email on 17th January saying they would “ contact me by email once my ticket was processed “  I’m still waiting..
