Versa Lite won't sync

Hi my versa lite was taking a long time to sync and was telling the wrong time. I restarted it disconnected it and unpaired now the fitbit won't update or sync with my phone it said for ages it could not find it now it connects for a few minutes then a red x appears. I don't know what else to do I have been trying for days to update it.

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Hasn't synced since 3pm yesterday, it's now 9:13am and my fitbit versa lite is showing the wrong time and has slowed so much the fitbit now reads 6:02am. It's over 3 hours behind. 

 

This versa lite is a REPLACEMENT PEBBLE because my original versa lite pebble did this exact same thing and it couldn't be fixed so they sent this replacement, not even a year ago and now this is doing EXACTLY WHAT MY ORIGINAL VERSA LITE DID. I'm very un impressed that this is now happening again to my replacement pebble, the same issue, which couldn't be fixed last time. Can someone please get in touch, I'm very upset about this

Hi yes I've tried those and it's still not working, still will not sync
this is beyond a joke, second fitbit lite to do this to me, in under a
year, including a replacement pebble.

I have the same problem with my versa. My wife has the same problem with hers. Constant trouble syncing with Em the app. Been happening for at least a month if not longer. Constantly have to disconnect it from Bluetooth and reconnect it. Or forget get it and rediscover it. This is a complete mess. I think Fitbit as a useful product and company has reached its lifespan. Going to breakdown and buy a stupid apple watch.
