Hi there, @DMWright123. Welcome to the Community Forums. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!
Keep in mind that your Versa Lite may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
Since you're having syncing difficulties, I'd recommend to try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:
*On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.
Sync your Versa Lite automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.
Hope that helps.

Hi, the first thing to do is restart it, and also the phone, to make syncing have better success.
If you can sync after a restart it should set the time right again.
If it still loses time between syncs try changing to a Fitbit clock face just in case the one you use has an issue.
However if still loses time visibly between syncs and is under warranty get it replaced where you bought it.
If its out of warranty the only option is to make sure it syncs very regularly.
You can use the SimpleCheckUp app from the gallery to monitor on the watch how well the syncing and connecting is working.
