Me too, and time won’t sync either

Hi there, @Sallie1985. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit device isn't syncing and the time is also showing wrong. I'll do my best to get you back on track! 

First of all, please note that I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches post as it seems you have a Versa Lite.

Moving on to the issue, keep in mind that the time will be wrong if your Fitbit device doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you mentioned having syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

If the issue with the time is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Versa Lite is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
