Versa Lite won't turn on

I reset my Versa Lite about 15 mins ago and it has no life in it. The screen won't come on and I've held the button down and nothing's happened. I have also tried to charge it but it still will not turn back on. I just can't seem to get it to turn back on again.... Any ideas?

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team just right after sending your post and it seems that they solved your issue with the screen.
