Versa Lite won't turn on

My Fitbit stopped working for a few hours. Not responding to charging - just dead. Spontaneously started charging and came back on. However, it wasn’t tracking steps, pulse and won’t wake up when wrist lifted despite being set to auto on screen wake.

 

Here’s what I’ve done - restarted, no change. Done a factory reset, no change. Still no pulse monitoring, no step tracking and still won’t wake up on wrist lifting. What do you all recommend I do next?

Contact Fitbit support and explain what has happened. All the best.

Thanks TJBlaze. I’ve contacted customer support. I’m in the process of doing a battery check and then I’ll get back in touch with them with the data. Thanks for your suggestion. Much appreciated.
