Face is not working

What to do if the face on watch is not working? I've only had this versa since December 2018. It has a green face.

Hi @Vjw68  Try restarting the Versa several times. If that doesnt fix the screen please come back here.

Contact Fitbit support and explain the situation. I emailed them on the damaged versa iOS option.  All the best.
